1971 Dodge Challenger

Originally a 318 cid, TF904, 8 3/4" non-limited-slip car with A/C. In bits and pieces at the moment, major body repairs, including replacing the entire roof panel.  (hidden rust - vinyl tops suck). A lot of patch panels have been bought, and more or less all the rust have been cut out or sand blasted away. Assembly has begun! Stop by from time to time, to check for updates and new pictures.

Future plans for the car may include an aluminum headed 408cid stroker, a swap to an overdrive transmission, an aluminum 3rd member with a limited-slip and 3.55:1 ratio, a rear spoiler, paint (Not white!) and some 8" and 9.5" wide 18" wheels. The suspension will get some goodies - offset upper control arms from Firm Feel, the lower control arms will be boxed, adjustable strut rods with rod ends from Reillymotorsports, front and rear adjustable QA1 shocks, front and rear swaybars from Addco, and all remaining bushings will be replaced with Energy Suspension pieces.
